Tagliatelle with cuttlefish ink. We use hard diversities of wheat grown in the Greek land and especially in Northern Greece.
We follow the traditional recipe for pasta, a warm embrace ready to connect the most elegant and pure ingredients, which will give a unique taste, with aroma and
colour.
This pasta is homemade and in small quantities, with no preservatives and additives added, dried for 12-16 hours. All nutritional elements and aromas of the greek
countryside are undoubtable.
