They do not need drain after the soaking in water because they are totally clean in contrast to the wild mushrooms which come from nature and need
to drain in order to remove any remains of soil or other dirt like leaves, etc.
They can be made in powder easily in a mixer.
This powder is easily dissolved in juicy food like sauces, omelettes and soup.
We can very easily use them in all our recipes without soaking because they are much tender than the wild ones.
We can, also, eat them raw as a snack.
